This project is for an application (simulating electro-mechanical-delay, i.e. the time shift between muscle stimulation and the force response) of the multi-scale skeletal muscle model proposed by Heidlauf et al (2013,2014,2016,2017).
The passive material behaviour is based on an isotropic Ogden-type material.
The active model is based on Heidlauf et al (2016,2017), i.e. including force-enhancement.
Further the branch contains a small modification of the material field (elasticity part) in the W_TITIN_SUBTYPE in order to reproduce all scenarios presented in Heidlauf et al 2017 without modification of the iron library/from one example.
