ODE variables are required if:

They are explicitely set by user as outputs
They are required to calculate used (Calculate only used observers #81) observers
They are used in event conditions or changed by events
They are (directly or indirectly) used in the RHS of all the ODE variables above

All other ODE variables can be removed from the ODE system, which should increase simulating performance
