やること

gemfileを整理
とりあえず、postgres、mysqlのどちらかが不要っぽいが、herokuに上がってる？やつで使ってるかもしれないという疑念がある

経緯

既存のdockerfileを真似して環境構築したのはいいが、不要なものと、必要なものの区別がつかない。
