Error: symbol’s function definition is void: omnisharp--get-solution-files-quickfix-response

To reproduce:

1. Open any csharp file.
2. Choose any class element.
3. M-x omnisharp-rename-interactively
4. Choose yes or no
5. Get error omnisharp--get-solution-files-list-of-strings: Symbol’s function definition is void: omnisharp--get-solution-files-quickfix-response.

If I select M-x omnisharp-rename it works well.
I use:

• Emacs GNU Emacs 25.3.1 (x86_64-w64-mingw32) of 2017-09-12
• omnisharp 20180121.702

This is something that broke during the transition to omnisharp-roslyn omnisharp server.

Will need to take a look to decide if we should rip it out or if this is still usable/applicable for the new server version.

The problem persists with omnisharp-20180606.1018 and omnisharp server v1.31.1
