Amount Borrowed with Blended Debt Types

Now that we've capped DAI related Cooler Loans and we're issuing USDS related Cooler Loans, the Amount Borrowed should have the DAI balance going down only and the USDS balance going up or down.

As such, we may want this to show two rows now:

• DAI Balance
• USDS Balance
