Expect null deposit amounts if partial deposit data is one value in v1.8.0 #124

Describe the bug

Currently we throw an error when verifying deposit data if there is null deposit_amounts field, which is valid in charon

To Reproduce

Create cluster in charon with no specified deposit amounts and try verify with sdk.

Expected behavior

Return true for lock with deposit_amounts: null
