🎯 Problem to be solved

We want to allow users to monitor voluntary exit messages on the grafana dashboard.

Proposed solution

Add a panel in grafana dashboard to monitor validator exits. Example panel:

Also add links to the FAQ panels and docs.

Works in local docker-compose
