Windows 10 21H2 Catalog missing cumulative updates

Describe the bug
The catalog file https://github.com/OSDeploy/OSD/blob/master/Catalogs/WSUSXML/Windows/Windows%2010%2021H2.xml doesn't contains any cumulative updates. This catalog should contains the cumulative updates https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/ScopedViewInline.aspx?updateid=60266751-937b-437b-b90d-c2d6cb6cde64.
I use OSD, to update a Windows 10 Iot 2021 LTSC version.

To Reproduce
(Get-WSUSXML -Catalog "Windows 10" -UpdateArch "x64" -UpdateBuild "21H2").Title

• 2023-10 Servicing Stack Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031539)
• 2022-08 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5012170)

Expected behavior
Get-WSUSXML -Catalog "Windows 10" -UpdateArch "x64" -UpdateBuild "21H2"
Expected result :

• 2024-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5043064)

I'm aware but have not had time to work on these updates. I'm going to defer this resolution until next week's Patch Tuesday. I'll work on updating to October updates.
Keep in mind I'll work on it starting next Tuesday, but it may take a few days to test, etc.
