Feedback F13 (issue 7, CM): V.3.0.1 mentions Tenders at header level of the section #356

V.3.0.1 mentions Tenders at header level of the section however it is not needed for all the fields - this is an example of inconsistencies in the conceptual model where sometimes things are written at the header level and sometimes at the field level.

@csnyulas I did a small investigation for this one, and I hope it helps what I found.

I cannot see Tenders at the header of section, either if we consider the section starting at V.3 (figure below)

or we consider the section starting at V (figure below)

My point is that even our Harmonized CM that we are about to propose, I think will not solve this issue.

This seems to be related and will be fixed together with #423.
