Saxon error on Eforms Notice Viewer

Hi all !
does anyone use Eforms Notice Viewer ?
I run it with same args shown in doc ( en mio/X02_registration.xml) , from log the app opens the file, get the corresponding template file, but during XSLT transformation throws a Saxon Exception :
net.sf.saxon.trans.XPathException: URIs using protocol file are not permitted.
Does it need a config file for Saxon ?

Which version are you using ?

I've just noticed this problem yesterday while testing for an upcoming release, I have a fix here:
OP-TED/eforms-notice-viewer@3f869a1
The issue is that we accidentally removed the use of our custom URI resolver when the application is run from the command line, and the default URI resolver in Saxon does not support what we need.

This problem is currently in develop, but it will be fixed with the next release that should be coming soon.

You are right , I am testing in a 'command-line' way , exactly from Run/Debug config of IntelliJ IDEA 2022.3.
How can I get version ? I tried --version with/without args but it prompted nothing
