Good Morning Lab ! If Procedure Type (BT-105) is[4]: "open", "other single stage procedure" or "negotiated without prior call for competition", then the 2nd stage information is not allowed, different from "open", "other single stage procedure" and "negotiated without prior call for competition", then the 2nd stage information may/shall be reported. I submitted a notice subtype 7 (SDK 1.6) with BT-105 open and other single stage procedure, at least .. I think ! Anyway I attach the xml :

Of course I use CVS. "open", "other single stage procedure" or "negotiated without prior call for competition", then the 2nd stage information is not allowed,

This seems more rule oriented, maybe @YvesJo or @pdonohoe know the answer. |

The associated rules (Conditionally Forbidden/Mandatory) have been deactivated since SDK 1.3 and will be restored in a next release. Rules are also about BG-709. So do also the rules on Selection Criteria Second Stage Invite (BT-40). Deactivated rules do not appear in the schematrons and may not therefore be triggered. |

Hello,

To validate notice XML you can use the CVS API:
https://docs.ted.europa.eu/api/endpoints/cvs-ted-europa-eu.html
If your XML passes validation you should be fine.
