The code tries to read the manual from a website that returns the HTTP error "410 Gone".

src/config/directoriesconfig.cpp:68:  docURL=qSettings.value("docURL","http://users.telenet.be/on4qz/qsstv/manual").toString();

A solution could be changing the address to point to the last archived version on the Waybak machine:
https://web.archive.org/web/20200131024138/http://users.telenet.be/on4qz/qsstv/manual/
