Show more details about regions when they are clicked in the scores globe visualization #104

On the interactive globe shown on the Global Scores page, a region (country) can be clicked to focus that region and show some minimal information about it, as well as a link to the page with all details. We could show more information about each region, such as:

  • The region's rank
  • Scores for other (un-selected) goals
  • an Aster plot
  • A trend line
  • The change in score from last year

Here is the information that was shown on the old page:
