Adding a chapter on NLP to the book of OHDSI

We are planning to add a chapter on NLP to the book of OHDSI. This is to start a discussion to know your thoughts in general, and comments on the content and specific topics to include.

we're very interested on the use of the note and note_nlp tables and were not able to find use case examples or other good info on the use of thes tables. Would you be able to point us to some info or other users experience on these tables? Many Thanks already!
