Payment methods conditions like shipping methods

It would be great to be able to define some conditions to payment methods like shipping methods (minimum or maximum order total, country, etc....)

do you think it can be planned in a future update ?

One thing that would also b helpful for me is having the ability to set which payment methods will be visible to the users on the frontend. (We have some internal payment methods that should not be public)
