Is it possible to insert variables in page.og_title and page.og_description?

Boxes Version
v3.6.36

In the SEO settings when editing the page

Additional context
How can I put the variable I need there?

No, these are simple text boxes, so no Twig is supported.

You can use the offline.boxes.beforePageRender event to update the meta data of the page dynamically:
