Create a semi-standard "Index Reader" mod for alternative browsing of message conf/areas.

@NuSkooler if possible can you elaborate on this one more? Also if this is a mod should it be tracked here or someplace separately?

This has been requested at least a couple times from people. The idea is to create Mystic-like message list that shows all confs and area new messages in a single view.

I have no intentions myself of replacing the current 'default' listing, but this could be either another option in messages or a completely separate, independent mod.
