Initial Release

Initial first release to start using GitHub releases as a tool for tagging deployments. Using v2.1.0 because this is verison 2 of the PM dashboard and minor v2.0.0 is base release, v2.1.0 is the first database migration and that's the one we're on. Below is everything new since the last time I actually released to prod so this bundles together everything plus these new things.
