Thanks for your question! Please use the Nitrokey-App2 (this repository) for the Nitrokey Passkey. Yes, there will be firmware updates for the Nitrokey Passkey.

Okay thanks. I tried it out yesterday but mine was not detected. You can close this issue when these keys are supported by the app.

I did follow the instructions to set up the udev rules, which has worked in the past for my nitrokey 3.

hey @lwbt - @mmerklinger was a little too optimistic there: In theory the nk passkey should work in nkapp2, but it isn't activated yet - especially as there are no firmware upgrades yet and there is apart from this no functionality which you can't also use through the security token administration of any modern browser. Nevertheless, we will consider adding the passkey sooner than later to the nkapp2
