The Problem

Currently, nHeko Reborn provides only Light and Dark themes

The Solution

Support for more themes and colorschemes

You can also use the system theme and use whatever colors your system uses for more customization

System theme would work on KDE I guess, I use GNOME

Having more themes (or a way to make themes for ourselves to contribute) would be more favorable

my system theme is for my system not nheko

When using qt5ct, the colors will not be applied to nheko. Is this the general state for qt6 applications? All qt5 applications will follow themes, but qt6 applications will not.

Both are installed via the regular arch packages

edit:
I should have specified that the QT theme is qt5ct, since that is the only setting that will make both work.
It seems that the theme I tried to apply, namely adwaita-qt6 doesn't support colors.

For qt6 there is qt6ct.

I've just tried using qt6ct (with kvantum), there seems to be some overrides in the app or something?

Here is how nheko looks like (using QT_QPA_PLATFORM=wayland QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=qt6ct):

While in qt6ct:
qt6ct
