Hello,

In Analyst Fragpipe, how to filter at least 2 peptides per proteins with the DIANN out put ?
Is it possible to use DIANN 1.9.2 in Fragpipe ?

For first, we didn't specifically provided that. We may include it in the future. Any reference for this method?
For second, it's currently not but you should keep an eye on this: Nesvilab/FragPipe#1852.

I am usign DIANN 1.9.2 and using Frapipe Analyst to have a first glimse of the Data.
I was wondering if tthere a was to see the data with the Filter "at least 2 peptides per protein" but apparelty no
