Absence/presence tab does not seem to work on multiple datasets

Hi,

I am finding that the Venn and UpSet plots on the Absence/Presence tab are not loading correctly, while the Jaccard plot does. Everything works fine on the Quantification tab. See attached for screenshots. I don't think it's my input data, as this has happened on several datasets in a row. I've attached my annotation file (saved as a txt to upload here, but it is a tsv when I use it in Analyst), but can share the raw data privately if you need it.

Hi @jossmi , sorry for the late reply, I tried a few datasets from my side and they worked fine without any error. I also modifed an experimental design file with the same replicate numbers as your file (1-8 in total instead of 1-4 in each condition), and that worked as well.

It would be helpful if you could share your input files with us for the troubleshooting. Thank you very much.

Hi @hsiaoyi0504, I haven't received the dataset yet, and the datasets I have don't show any errors on this page. If you have other datasets with the same problem, I am happy to have a look at them.
