StormFox and Dlib Error

For some reason when I have StormFox and Dlib installed on my bought server, this seems to make errors in my game server's console.
Whenever I try to do a DarkRP job command or just any chat command at all these errors come up and nothing happens.

I hope this can be fixed. for now, I'm removing dlib from my server.
And if this can't be fixed on this addon I'll post this error over at the dlib's github.

it seems like dlib redefines/modify hook.Call

dlib redefines half of gmod's lua apis, why it should work?

So is there a way to fix this on this addon? or should I contact the Dlib maker?

DBot will just tell you that it's Stormfox's fault and to remove their hook lib override. Don't use DLib.

The error produced is unrelated to StormFox (in any way) and is related to blind DarkRP's assumption over hook library being ULib's hook library and was quickly patched in DarkRP:
