"Error: this.state.listItems.map is not a function" on Edit Collections screen

I first filled out the information without adding a library, then clicked Submit and didn't see the error. Went I went back, added the library, clicked Add, then Submit, it seemed to save the information put popped up the error in a red box at the top of the screen. The error message goes away when I leave the edit screen and re-enter, but comes back once I hit Submit again, even if I remove the library.
