Pre-launch Theming Clean-Up

There a variety of small theming tasks to be completed prior to launch, hopefully likely about 2 hours of work. Please add others here in the issue or comments as you come across them.

1. Home page events/initiatives alignment.
2. Homepage schedule of events.
3. Tweaks to theming of PDF invoice template and email sent upon order (including for new accounts -- check condition issue as well).

Hey Willy,

Noticed that on http://dev-nyc-camp-2015.gotpantheon.com/program/summits, the summit descriptions wrap underneath the logo.

I think this can be solved by adding:

.views-field-field-summit-teaser {
  overflow: auto;
}

Hi Willy -- I took care of some theming cleanup today. Let me know if you see anything else that needs TLC.

Interim clean-up is done for user profiles. I've removed from the above.
