Digital Signage for Room Schedule

We need to setup digital signage for Room Schedules. This hardware for this will be a table mounted on a stand outside of each room (most likely an affordable Fire tablet http://amzn.to/1v1eGhf). This tablet will be configured to open the URL with the schedule for the room for each day, likely scroll for a full day (if needed) and a tabbed UI to change days. A venue map could also be included in a 3rd tab. We may be able to repurpose dev/theming from the website for this purpose. However it may be easier to simply create something specific for this use that we don't need to be responsive, is geared towards anonymous users, and which doesn't need any other UI elements besides the schedule for that room.Given how tightly integrated the theming will need to be for this (and that it won't need to be responsive), whoever handles the development should also handle the theming.
