Digital Signage for Partners

We need to create some digital signage for the Partners. The hardware for this will be a projector (1080p, hi-res capable, http://amzn.to/1wS2GDE) projecting onto a large rear-projection screen (http://amzn.to/1MivK8P) connected to a RasPi computer with an OS configured to load a URL from the website that automatically refreshes (we may also set up some LCDs with the schedule and venue plan too). This sign will include our Partner logos sorted by Tier and Title, the Lead Partner logos should likely be persistent with other rotating. Given how tightly integrated the theming will need to be for this (and that it won't need to be responsive), whoever handles the development should also handle the theming.
