Digital Signage for Room/Event

We need to setup functionality to allow us to generate digital signage for each room. The hardware involved will be an LCD (1080P, likely 32") mounted on a tripod and connected to a RasPi computer on which the OS is configured to on boot load a URL from the website for that room. The display/URL loaded should display (1) the event name/type occuring the room, (2) any related partners and (3) the session currently in that room, as well as the prior and upcoming session, which should be the most prominent portion of the sign/display. Given how tightly integrated the theming will need to be for this (and that it won't need to be responsive), whoever handles the development should also handle the theming.
