We need to setup functionality to allow users to propose and schedule BoFs, and for attendees to register to attend BoFs/add them to their schedule. This is not something needed for initial launch, but it would be ideal to have by the time sessions are selected and the schedule is published. This will allow people to start to schedule BoFs in advance of the conference and fill gaps in our coverage (we should also reserve a some time in the schedule for BoFs to ensure that we have time/space available for last minute/on the fly BoFs, so that everything doesn't get filled-up/scheduled in advance. We should write up a functional scope for this, and include it in the functional scoping document (FSD), as I don't think that we have it there yet: https://docs.google.com/a/nyccamp.org/document/d/1QISr6IudYdD52l_MOhqhAqO5NNC2aAyNg65YBF0F374/
