We need to setup a block that is displayed fairly persistently throughout the site in order to encourage users to register to attend NYC Camp and also to register to attend the individual events. A block would appear on most pages that displays either a NYC Camp registration prompt or (if already registered to attend), and confirmation of the events that the user is registered to attend. Additionally on all event pages a block should be displayed that prompts users to register to attend the event.
