We should implement social sign-on to allow people to use their Google, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn accounts to sign-in to the NYC Camp site. There seem to be a few options for this, as we could use OAuth and the individual integrations or we could use a service such as HybridAuth (https://www.drupal.org/project/hybridauth) which is open source, or paid options such as Login Radius (https://www.drupal.org/project/sociallogin), Janrain (), OneAll (https://www.drupal.org/project/social_login), or Janrain (https://www.drupal.org/project/rpx). Both Janrain and OneAll allow up to 2,500 users on their free plan. I think it would be a bit more work in the short term to go the direct route of setting up the OAuth and individual services, but that would be my vote/preference. I suggest that we discuss in the comments below, and determine a path forward.
