Pose preprocessing for dataset like ScanNet or Apartment

Thanks for your excellent work. I want to run your model on a dataset like ScanNet. However, I want to use poses in ScanNet as ground truth instead of poses from COLMAP to evaluate the pose estimation. Can you describe how to do it? Do I need to transform the poses from ScanNet before evaluation?
