PyNvDecoder fail with unsupported ffmpeg pixel format. #519

Describe the bug
When creating a PyNvDecoder with a path and gpu id, an error is raised:
"Unsupported FFmpeg pixel format: gbrp"

Expected behavior
Decoding should work

**Desktop

OS: Ubuntu 23.4
Nvidia driver version: 535
CUDA Version 11.7
Python Version 3.11
FFmpeg Version: 5.1.2-3ubuntu1
