Icons in user Dashboard

It is not clear what these icons mean. Can we add a hover text to them or a legend?

The first column is the type -- user, dataset or resource. The second is the user's avatar.

It's possible to add a title to the icons, but the user focused text that's available at that point is essentially what's in the line to the right. We have an 'action-type' string, but that's generally an internal representation like new-package, or new-package_extra, which is not going to clarify anything.
