About to be added to InfrastructureSystems and PowerSystems is a feature called ComponentSelector: an immutable, lazy, system-independent representation of a subset of components per system (and a way to group them). @jd-lara suggests that we have PowerSimulations accept ComponentSelectors as a way to filter devices to model. I haven't looked at the relevant PSI interface in depth, but this seems like a good idea to me.
