Should we provide a 'guide' of some sort to help people submit proper Tests to reproduce issues? #5

I think we should provide:

a project the users can fork to create specific test cases
a reference implementation for a simple test case (part of the mentioned project)
a page in the wiki that explains how to buildup a testcase
instructions on how to link the test case in the opened issue
