System error when attempting to download a poster image #1189

I encountered a system error today when I attempted to download a poster image for a restricted video: https://repository.library.northeastern.edu/files/neu:cj82st23t

I tried to replicate the error on a few different files, including a few from this collection: https://repository.library.northeastern.edu/collections/neu:rx917x552

It only seems to happen for restricted files. Downloads for poster files work just fine for public files, like these: https://repository.library.northeastern.edu/files/neu:f1881n12b
