Describe the defect

Cannot change the order of channels with identical names from discrete datasets when one of the datasets has a prefix defined. For example, cannot order these 2 channels in plots.

DMX-0203 - DWN_FILL_BYTES
CHDS DMX-0203 - DWN_FILL_BYTES

The second channel belongs to a dataset with a prefix CHDS.
