Did you update both the screen and mother board Firmware? Are the bed screws (under the removeable heat plate) loose? Check and confirm all screws and connections are Not loose (do Not over tighten it will cause damage). |
If they are tight don't loosen them they should be tight just don't over tighten. |
Sorry, being new to this myself I have no answers on that. |
Knowing how pressure sensors work will help with this problem. When the pressure sensor is powered on, it will first detect the current pressure value and set it as a reference value (assuming 0). When the detection pressure value is greater than the reference value + preset trigger pressure (sensitivity), the output switch signal 1 (the motherboard receives the signal and thinks that the nozzle has contacted the platform), then output 0, about a second delay, reset the reference value, Wait for the next pressure change and repeat the cycle.
Therefore, your problem may be as follows :
1. The pressure sensor cable is in poor contact. Reconnect the cable.
2. Before the Z-axis returns to the origin or is automatically levelled, the nozzle presses onto the surface of the platform, resulting in excessive reference value of the pressure sensor. When levelling, a larger pressure is needed to trigger the switch signal of the sensor. Solution: First, the nozzle should be far away from the platform, and then try to restart the machine to return to the origin.
