Plants microservice app is not recognizing ENV variable plants-api-key.

To keep pushing along, we have hardcoded the API key into the Faraday request.

  • Figure out how to get connection to recognize env variable
  • Request new Harvest Helper api key as this one is compromised
  • Add new API key to Heroku config vars
  • Add new API key to Travis environ vars

This appears to be taken care of with @leahriffell branch testing.

After that PR is merged we can delete this issue.
