Jupyter Notebook to Reproduce Lovastatin Results

Create a jupyter notebook so anyone can use it to recreate the results of the pathlinker app paper and understand each step. The notebook should describe what the inputs we use are and where they are from. It should also describe the resulting network (preferably mapped to gene names if cytoscape automation allows that) and, if possible, perform the ClueGO analysis as well.
