I am currently writing my Bachelor Thesis on Gene Regulatory Network Inference methods. I was delighted to see your paper, tool, and thorough documentation for benchmarking different algorithms. Thank you for the great work!
I managed to set up everything and run the algorithms. However, I am a bit confused regarding the usage of the BLPlot modules. Precisely, how should one specify the levels parameter? Would it be possible for you to share the function calls you used to generate the figures in your paper?
Best regards,
Mike

Thank you for using Beeline in your work. Unfortunately the BLPlot code currently checked into github doesn't produce the plots in the paper. There are corresponding jupyter notebooks that have yet to be pushed, which I'll work on testing again before uploading.
