When installed with Inventory HUD+, open the config page through Catalogue, then press the "ESC" button, the page only toggles between Catalogue page and Inventory HUD+'s config page.

Thanks for providing the video, and I now understand the problem. Unfortunately I cannot investigate since Inventory HUD+ is closed source. It seems to be a bug on their end.
