Given that we got some visitor in the issue section I was thinking that it could be nice to have a little revolution and put the default READMEs in english but with the possibility to switch to the italian ones.
The translations have been made thanks to DeepL (yes, there are errors and bad translations all around but not so much)
Let me know what you think about it and if you think it could be a good idea, we can fix the mistranslations
