I am not able to submit post, cause I am not logged in when I am using incognito window.

I go to settings page, log in, but in creator there are no submit fields.

This doesn't seem like a bug as it is expected behaviour, if you are not logged in then you are not allowed to post.
In order to post you have to log in into the settings section.
when incognito mode is opened it doesn't contain any cached accounts and hence acts like a fresh install of the extension with noone logged in.

Investigation

Just tried to reproduce the Bug as suggested, this might be because of a slow internet connection, it takes some time to load the form fields, however the buttons are loaded before the fields, hence creating confusion.
below is attached screenshot of the extension working.

New Bug Found

However i would like to address another Bug recognized while reproducing the Bug, as stated in the previous comment, incognito mode should display a fresh install of the extension with no one logged in, however it shows a signout page.
