Hi, I have installed this module with Magisk v26 and it does not work, it installs correctly but, when I reboot my device home screen says "loading" and stays there. It does not go beyond that screen.

Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 10
MIUI version: Xiaomi.EU MIUI 14.0.2.0SKGMIXM
Android version: 12
Magisk version: 26

It would be very helpful if you could resolve this bug. thanks for seeing this issue!

Hi, I've seen a lot people faced that issue. The only solution now is flash stock boot (without Magisk) and wait for fix😢

Still doesnt work..

EDIT:
I found a workaround.
It works on Magisk 25.2
You can install the zip on Magisk 25.2 and then upgrade to 26.1
It will end up working

Will a patch be uploaded to make it work in magisk 26.1?
Thanks

Workaround to recover launcher:
Connect to your google account on a PC with chrome, go to playstore and install a 2nd launcher to your phone.
When it's installed, launch it and you can access to magisk to disable this mod. then reboot

This problem is caused by missing permissions on the module files.
I've created a pull request to fix it here: #19

And if you don't want to wait indefinitely for it to be merged into a new release, you can download the fixed version from my forked repo

Can you check the MIUI plugin too?
https://github.com/Mods-Center/Miui_Plugin/releases/tag/version-14

has the same issue where it doesnt appear.

This plugin is not the only one from Mods-Center that I've fixed because of this permission problem. It would not be surprising if all repos from this user were affected!

@Marvin732

Lol! I've just checked the installation script, and it seems that developers have taken into account the problem of incorrect permissions, but did not call the corresponding function during the installation process! xD

Before doing any Pull Request on the project, I've edited the module a bit and attached it to the message.

I just added these lines:

Tell me if it fixes your problem.

With the new Fix I was able to put the new Launcher, but... The Widgets don't work. Is there a way to fix it?
