Steps to reproduce

Use Windows 11 ARC browser to browse videos on FB

✔️ Expected Behavior

No response

❌ Actual Behavior

The volume shouldn't suddenly increase, but when I clicked to close the video, the volume jumped to over 70, and no volume adjustment window popped up.
And I found that it is not displayed, but the position is still covered by a transparent window. The operations under this position cannot be triggered.

When the browser is in full screen, click the settings in the upper left corner and a pop-up window will pop up.
ModernFlyouts settings box, and when I watch the video on FB and click to close, the volume suddenly soars, and many buttons cannot be triggered by clicking them. Everything is normal when it is reduced to not full screen.
