Can't find overlay!

Why it cant find overlay? I runned it from administrator and not, its not work how can i fix it? I use custom overlay because i have amd videdriver

I'm kinda late, but I want to tell everyone that you need to be in fullscreen borderless mode. Normal fullscreen overrides all other applications, but fullscreen borderless does not because it's not really fullscreen anymore, the resolution of the window is just stretched so it fills all your monitor and also disables some actions you can do (so you can't exit the window).
