[Suggestion/Request]: Heart of Ore Generation Type or Option

As previously mentioned in #111 I'm looking for a way to spawn a specific block at the center of an ore spawn, if that could be added as an option, or the allowance for two spawns to overlap, one centering on where the ore spawn previously occurred creating the specific block where the ore was generated. This could be used for different effects, a cluster of diamonds in the center of a coal spawn, solid blocks of uranium surrounded by uranium ore, or as I would intend to use it a modded TE block that allows for mines to be created in specific spots.
