Sorry to hear you're having issues @jjelosua - can you try in East US 2? I am able to create a deployment there just now. I want to see if there's something blocking data centers in specific reasons or there's an issue with your subscription specifically
Alternatively, you can skip the creation of the resource and try to create it directly from the Foundry portal?
Hi Ivor, taking a look at the "Manage Quota" option inside Azure AI Foundry I think the limitation is in the GPT-35-Turbo itself in all its variants. Take a look at the screenshot
Module: get-started-openai
Lab/Demo: Get started with Azure OpenAI service
Task: Deploy a model
Step: 2
Description of issue
I am trying the labs for the AI-102 certification but can not deploy models to my subscription.
Tried deploying a gpt35-turbo-16k/gpt35-turbo model in a newly created Open AI resource in the regions listed:
And none of them has any quota to deploy gpt35-turbo nor gpt35-turbo-16k
I have no other resource on the subscription (no other OpenAI resources) since it is used for the learning process.
I saw the request quota form, but that seems available for companies to use not students.
Is there anything that I am missing? any particular high demand peak at the moment?
